Concept status
Every document in this set is a concept prepared for the Association and the Engineer of record, and is
subject to change at their direction. Building numbers on the site map are provisional until Beryl
confirms them against a keyed site plan. Two points in the bid documents remain open: the permit
application window, and whether the community holds 86 or 87 buildings. The sanitary facilities question
is settled — no portable toilets will be used on the property.
